Aluminum Composite
Aluminum composite, also known as DiBond, or ACP, is made using two pre-painted sheets of .012 inch aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core. This unique composition makes it approximately one-half the weight of aluminum while still retaining most of the rigidity. This is an excellent choice for a long lasting, interior and exterior signage. Standard panel thicknesses are 1/8" and 1/4"

Excellent outdoor durability. The solid aluminum panel has a semigloss white pre-painted baked-on finish on both sides. This rigid panel is available in the following thicknesses .040, .060 and .080. The white finish is similar to the aluminum siding on a home. This solid aluminum panel will provide the longest outdoor service.
PVC

PVC has excellent ink adhesion as is great for long-term indoor use, or short term outdoor use. Standard panel thicknesses are 1/8" and 1/4". Other thicknesses up to 1" are available. Panel is much more durable that Foam Core and Gatorfoam, and does not shatter like acrylic.
Styrene
Polystyrene is a smooth lightweight flexible plastic panel designed for short term indoor or outdoor use. It has a matte finish with excellent ink adhesion. Used as fuel pump topper promotions and thin displays. Standard thickness is .030". Many other thicknesses are available from .020 to .060.
Foam Core
Foam core is composed of a two sheets of smooth paper, with a foam interior to create a light weight economical sign. Since Foam Core is sensitive to weather it is best used for temporary events, and promotions as liquids will cause this panel to deteriorate. Standard thickness is 3/16".
